REGIONAL AWARDS PRIZES 

Thanks to our amazing sponsors, our regional winners are in to win great prizes. Winners also receive an apprentice membership to Master Builders.

The winner from each region will receive:

• The opportunity to attend a legendary 16 day Leadership Outward Bound course in the Marlborough Sounds
• Represent your region as one of New Zealand’s top building apprentices at the National Finals
• Travel and accommodation for the national competition for you and up to three guests. 
• High quality trade products and tools from a range of CARTERS' top suppliers.
•  $2,000 CARTERS Account Credit
• Trophy and certificate for you and your employer.
• The chance to attend the National House of the Year gala event including travel and accommodation paid

Second place getter from each region will receive:

• Prize pack including high quality trade products and tools from a range of CARTERS' top suppliers. 

Third place getter from each region will receive:

• Prize pack including high quality trade products and tools from a range of CARTERS' top suppliers.

NATIONAL AWARDS PRIZES

The national winner of Apprentice of the Year competition will receive:

• Use of a brand new ute for one year, proudly provided by our principal partner CARTERS.
• A $5,000 Career Advancement Grant from CARTERS, e.g. educational courses, a laptop for study, or to cover costs to attend industry conferences or expos.

Second and third place will receive

• High quality tools from one of CARTERS' top suppliers.

** All prizes must be redeemed by 31 December 2026 and are not transferable or able to be redeemed for a cash equivalent. Participation in the Outward Bound course is not compulsory, please note that the course is not transferable or redeemable for a cash equivalent.
