HEADS UP MEETINGS

Heads up meetings are sessions held around the country where you can find out more about the competition. They are perfect for apprentices who are looking to enter and employers who are keen to enter their apprentices into the competition either this year or in future years. You can get tips on entering from past winners and judges from your region. Check out the dates for the regions here.

Please note: not all regions host a heads up meeting. Get in touch with your regional branch to find out more.

National Judging and Awards

The two-day national event for 2024 will take place on 7 and 8 November 2024. It will include interviews, a practical event, and the National Awards Gala dinner.

Members of the public can attend the National Practical Competition on Thursday 7 November at Eventfinda Stadium, co-located at CONZTRUCT Auckland North.
